What forms of payment do you accept?                                     

Tatak Pilipino offers three payment options:

Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards with the VISA or Mastercard logo. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Checks: Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank to be accepted. Please make out the checks to Tatak Pilipino.
Money orders:  (If you live outside the U.S., it must be an international money order in U.S. dollars.

What is your transaction protection policy?                               

 

Tatak Pilipino and our affiliate, Bank of America, uses the latest technology to protect your credit card  information and does not release it to any outside organization. You can place your order online for a secure transaction or by calling 323-953-8660 (Within Los Angeles Area) or 1-800-828-2577 (Outside Los Angeles). Please have your credit card ready when you call.

We do not charge your credit card until item is shipped.

Is there an additional sales tax?                                                

Sales tax of 8.25% will apply for California and 6% for New Jersey residence only.

What if the item is damaged or defective?                                

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace  item which is due to manufacturer defects with the same item with no-charge, however, proof  of purchase is needed for us to provide you with this return policy service.

Problem with submitting my order?                                          

All on-line orders are processed thru Bank of America. All credit card information are kept secured in Bank of America's data base. At present Bank of America internet order center requires the use of Microsoft's
Internet Explorer Browser (IE) ver 4.72 or greater running on a Windows
32-bit platform. You can download it from Microsoft website.


Why does my Netscape Browser receive JAVA SCRIPT error message and how do I correct it?

Bank of America e-commerce application does not allow us to use JAVA SCRIPT in our program. To remove JAVA error message of your NETSCAPE BROWSER please go to edit menu bar and click on preferences (press Alt then press E). Click on ADVANCED then check ENABLE JAVA and ENABLE JAVA SCRIPT.
