za Calzado, telenovela's prettiest, and star of this month's Milan, spills her beauty secrets.

It's difficult to believe that she hardly has any beauty secrets to reveal. Unlike girls her age who go ga-ga over cosmetic magic and keep beauty bibles in their dressers, Iza Calzado is totally clueless about make-up must-haves. But one look at her and you'll know why.

She has a face that needs almost no makeup. "I just wash my face in the morning with Cetaphil, use Origins eye cream, then moisturizer through Wilma Doesn't. While some women recommend Vitamin E oils or mashed avocado beauty masks, she has only one to share: "I just drink lots of water. If my eyes get puffy, I just rub ice on my face."

Clad in simple jeans and polo inside the dressing room where she was being "bronzed" and "shimmered" by our makeup artist, Iza looked every bit the glamour girl. You can almost imagine Vogue's pages coming to life every time she smiled for the camera.

But this former Pantene model recounts that she, too, had her share of un-glam moments. "I was in Starbucks in Tomas Morato. Pauwi na 'ko, so pababa na 'ko ng stairs. But I was wearing a high heels and talagang I fell down the stairs. Ang daming nakakita. Sobrang hiya ko so I went up the stairs again and exited through the other side."

Iza was just thankful she didn't break her neck that night. "If there's one thing that I like about my body, it's my neck. I find it really sexy."

Asked which part of a woman's face perfectly spells beauty, Iza, without batting an eyelash, simply says: "It's the eyes. Because beauty is all about expressions and people see that through your eyes." At that point, she tilts a bit towards the mirror so our makeup artist could add finishing touches on her lashes. But just staring at her smoky, ravishing eyes, we couldn't agree more.
